Handmade Books: Handmade Beauty!

What a sight! Fifth grade students wrapped up their study of handmade books with a sewn binding. It was a version of a side stitch and each student offered their own interpretation. We used yarn and yarn needles to loop and stitch each signature together with the cover and back cover. Voila!
